The Great Irish Bake Off Winner 2014

After eight weeks of intense baking the Kerry woman Tracey Coyne has outdone her opponents to become Biddy and Paul’s ultimate star baker. 

The standard throughout the show this year was extremely high, but Tracy was christened the ultimate star baker by judges Biddy White Lennon and Paul Kelly knocking out finalists Ali Mitter and Shane Murray.<

Tracy knocked out the competition with her stunning tower of perfect macaroons and  her show stopper afternoon tea stunned the hungry judges.
